FreeSlots^TM Monthly US Sweepstakes - Official Rules

SPONSOR and PRODUCER
"The FreeSlots Monthly US Sweepstakes" (the "Contest") is sponsored and produced by SimSlots, Inc., 1533 N Milwaukee #350, Boise ID 83704 ("Producer").

ELIGIBILITY
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of Producer, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification. Producer reserves the right to disqualify an entrant that it believes has violated the laws of the jurisdiction in which the entrant resides. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.

CONTEST TIMING
The first Contest begins at 12:00AM US Mountain Time (GMT -7:00) on March 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59PM US Mountain Time on March 31, 2007. A new Contest will begin on the following day after conclusion of the prior Contest. Each successive monthly Contest will begin at 12:00AM US Mountain Time on the first day of the month and end at 11:59PM US Mountain Time on the last day of the month. Contests will be in one month durations until further notice. The Producer may alter the duration of the Contest period at any time.

HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE OR ONLINE USE NECESSARY.
To enter:
A) To submit entries by mail, legibly hand print your full name, address, age and (optionally, if available) e-mail address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to FreeSlots Sweepstakes, 1533 N Milwaukee #350, Boise ID 83704, USA. One card counts for 10 entries. Limit one card per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Entries must be postmarked during the month of the Contest you are entering and must be received by the end of that month.

B) Play the games on FreeSlots.com and use the "cash|credit" button to submit entries online. Online entries are limited to 10 per day.
Regardless of method of entry:
Entries must be filled out completely and correctly to be valid. Entries per person per month is limited to the number of days in the month times 10, i.e. for months with 31 days the limit is 310 entries, 30 days = 300 entries, 29 days = 290 entries, 28 days = 280 entries. The deadline for entries is 11:59 PM US Mountain Time on the last day of the month.

PRIZES
The prizes to be awarded for each monthly drawing are: five prizes of $500 and ten prizes of $250.

SELECTION OF WINNERS
Drawings for each month's Contest will take place within 3 weeks after the deadline. Entries will be randomly selected. The drawings will be held under the supervision of the Producer, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor or Producer, a substitute prize of equal value will be awarded. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, the prize will be forfeited. Winner consents to the use of his/her name for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Producer, which shall be final. The Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, and participants hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Idaho courts (state and federal) for any cases or controversies arising out of the Contest. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be settled by arbitration in Boise, Idaho, USA administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes. The Sponsor and the Producer and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and Producer and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor or Producer that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold the Sponsor, the advertisers, and the Producer harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

The Contest may be terminated at any time without prior notice; however, all prizes for the current month will still be awarded. In the event of early termination of the Contest, a drawing will be conducted from among the eligible entries received prior to termination.

All entries become the property of the Producer and will not be acknowledged or returned. All online entries submitted must be from unmodified games the player manually played. Automatic playing of games by software or macro routines, playing multiple games simultaneously, the repeated posting of a single game's credits or any other illegal manipulation of the credits may result in the rejection of all submitted entries. Producer reserves the right to reject or remove entries it believes were earned in violation of these conditions.

THE FREESLOTS.COM, SIMSLOTS.COM, AND FREEVIDEOPOKER.COM SITES ARE PROVIDED BY PRODUCER "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." PRODUCER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE QUALITY, SAFETY OR SUITABILITY OF THE SITE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FURTHER, PRODUCER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE TRUTH, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY STATEMENTS, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS IN THE WEBSITE. IN NO EVENT WILL PRODUCER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER THEY MAY ARISE AND EVEN IF PRODUCER HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
